These terms cover the Levity Membership. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Health Disclaimer, and Client Portal Privacy page. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service about membership, this page wins for membership.
What membership is
Levity Membership is a monthly or yearly subscription to the Levity community and member resources. It includes:
- The Community and Questions boards in the Levity client portal
- Stars and your Progress page
- A monthly program to follow along with each month
- The Levity Assistant. It is an AI tool for general education and support, not medical advice. See the Client Portal Privacy page for how it works.
- Weekly prompts to keep you showing up
Membership is not coaching. Private messages with Abbi, custom plans, and check-ins are coaching-only. Members see them in the portal as locked features. Those come with a coaching plan.
After you pay, you join automatically. You will get an invite email, usually within a few hours.
Price
- $10 per month.
- Founding price: $5 per month for the first 10 members. You keep it for as long as you stay continuously subscribed. If you cancel and rejoin later, you pay the regular price. The founding price is not transferable.
- Free with any coaching plan (Monthly Nourishment, The Rebuild: Online, The Rebuild: Online + In Person) for as long as the coaching plan is active.
- Free for 3 months with a 3-month premade plan. If you buy the Transformation (12 weeks) or the bundle of all three four-week programs (Just Peachie, Strong Center, Sleeve Season), your membership is free for 3 months, starting the day you activate your portal account. A single four-week program or the Jumpstart does not include free membership. If you buy before membership opens, your 3 months start when you activate your account after we open membership, which we will announce. The free period has no cash value and is not refundable or exchangeable. When it ends, you pay the regular price unless you cancel, and the founding price is available only if you are one of the first 10 members.
Prices may change for new members. We will give existing members at least 30 days notice by email before any change to what they pay, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Billing
Membership is billed through Stripe as a monthly subscription, every month on the day you joined (after any free period). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. To cancel or update your card, email hello@levitybyabbi.com and we will take care of it within 1 business day.
Canceling
- Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then and are not billed again.
- No partial-month refunds.
- Coaching clients: your membership is included while your coaching plan is active, so there is nothing to cancel separately.
When coaching ends
Your free membership stays free for 30 more days after your coaching ends. After that, it continues only if you choose to pay ($10 per month). There is no automatic charge. Founding price applies only if you joined as a founding member and stayed continuously subscribed.
Community rules
The community boards are for people working on their relationship with food and their body. To keep them safe:
- Be kind. No shaming, no body commentary, no diet talk, no comparing. Disagree gently.
- No medical advice to each other. Share your experience, not instructions. Please do not tell anyone what to do about a medication, condition, injury, or eating disorder. Suggest they talk to their doctor.
- Keep it in the room. Do not screenshot or share other members' posts outside the community. What is posted here stays here.
- Respect privacy. Do not share another person's name, photos, or details without their okay.
- No selling or promoting your own services or products on the boards without Abbi's okay.
- Be 18 or older.
Abbi can remove any post, and can remove or suspend any member, at any time, for any reason, including breaking these rules. If a member is removed for breaking the rules, we may refuse a refund for the current billing period. If we remove a member without a rule violation, we will refund the unused part of what they paid.
Posts show your display name and stars in the portal. When you check in, finish a workout, or log a PR, your display name and that star can also appear on the Showing Up wall. Your weight, measurements, photos, and check-in answers never do. You can hide yourself from the wall on your Progress page. See the Client Portal Privacy page for who can see what.
Not a substitute for care
Membership content is education and general support, not medical, nutrition, or mental health treatment. Read our Health Disclaimer. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. For a medical emergency, call 911. Community posts and messages are not monitored for emergencies.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms and will post the new date at the top. Continuing your membership after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@levitybyabbi.com. We reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central.
