Refund policy

We want you to feel good about what you bought. Here is exactly how refunds, exchanges, and cancellations work, no fine print scavenger hunt required.

Premade programs (The Jumpstart, The Transformation)

These are instant digital downloads, delivered right after checkout, so all sales are final except as listed below.

What we do offer:

Version exchange. Picked the women's version and wanted the men's (or the other way around)? Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will swap it for the other version at no charge.
Broken file fix. If your download does not work, is missing pages, or will not open, tell us and we will send a working copy within 1 business day. If we truly cannot fix it, we will refund you.
Double charges. If you were charged twice by mistake, we will refund the extra charge.

Coaching (Monthly Nourishment, The Rebuild: Online, The Rebuild: Online + In Person)

Free consultation. Every coaching plan starts with a free consult call. No payment is taken until after the call, and only if you decide to move forward.

Month-to-month plans.

Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Send your notice in writing (email is fine) to abbirollins@gmail.com.
Your plan stays active, and you stay billed, through the end of the notice period.
We do not refund partial months or months already started. If you stop using the plan mid-month, the month is still yours to use.
You will not be billed again after the notice period ends.

Prepaid 6-month and 12-month Rebuild plans. After 30 days notice, we refund what you paid minus $400 for each month started (the month-to-month rate), minus a one-month early-exit fee ($400).

Example: you prepay $2,000 for 6 months and cancel after 2 months started. $2,000 - $800 (2 months at $400) - $400 (early-exit fee) = $800 refunded.

In-person sessions (when launched). Sessions and Lift Club classes follow the scheduling rules in our Terms of Service. Cancellation and package refund details for in-person sessions are provided when you book.

Membership

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you are not billed again.
Monthly membership: no partial-month refunds.
Yearly membership: if you cancel mid-year, we refund what you paid ($200) minus $20 for each month started, minus a one-month fee ($20). If that comes to zero or less, there is no refund. Example: cancel after 3 months started: $200 - $60 - $20 = $120.
The 30 days of free membership that comes with a premade program has no cash value.
Membership is free while you have an active coaching plan.
If you cancel a founding membership ($15 per month) and rejoin later, the regular price applies.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
